Job Description

  • Understanding client’s requirements and searching, screening, shortlisting profiles as per the preferences
  • Discussing client’s details with the approved profiles
  • Establishing contact and facilitating meetings with only consented and relevant matches
  • Assisting new registrants with onboarding and navigating through the website
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
  • Interacting with the clients on a regular basis to ensure client engagement and forward their suggestions to the higher level
