Job Description
- Understanding client’s requirements and searching, screening, shortlisting profiles as per the preferences
- Discussing client’s details with the approved profiles
- Establishing contact and facilitating meetings with only consented and relevant matches
- Assisting new registrants with onboarding and navigating through the website
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
- Interacting with the clients on a regular basis to ensure client engagement and forward their suggestions to the higher level
